Park City Communities' housing comes in many shapes and sizes: from one bedroom apartments in an elevator building with views of the harbor; to three bedroom family units in the Black Rock area of Bridgeport; to five and six bedroom scattered site homes located throughout the city; and more.

Increasing Accessibility

PCC is committed to creating various fully accessible units and common areas throughout its developments. Accessible units and common areas mean that the public or common use areas of the building can be approached, entered, and used by individuals with physical handicaps. PCC encourages people with disabilities, including those on PCC’s waiting list, to fill out a reasonable accommodation form requesting an accessible unit.
