Park City Communities manages four family housing communities that offer a total of ___ apartments. While each community is different, all focus on the family with services and amenities geared for youth and parents: playgrounds, afterschool programs, computer labs, on-site laundry rooms, and proximity to public transportation and neighborhood resources.

Trumbull Gardens

Situated in the North End of Bridgeport, Trumbull Gardens has 55 two-story frame and brick veneer townhouses with a total of 274 units, and two 8-story high-rise towers (Building 10 and 11) each with 64 units.

Eligibility: Head of household must be 18 years or older. Please review the eligibility guidelines below to determine income eligibility.

General Information

Utilities: All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric and gas bills (for cooking only).

Laundry: Washer and dryer hook-ups are provided in each unit. High-rise has on-site coin operated facilities.

Parking: Parking is available outside each building in parking lots.

Mail: The mailroom is located within the complex.

Charles F. Greene Homes

Charles F. Greene Homes is a seven story, hi-rise complex equipped with elevator access on the third through seventh floors. The first floor units are townhouses that have second floor bedrooms. There are five buildings comprised of 270 units.

Utilities: All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric only as heat, hot water and cooking gas are included in rent.

P.T. Barnum Apartments

Located in the Black Rock area of Bridgeport, P.T. Barnum Apartments is considered a row house or townhouse-type complex comprised of first and second floor units. The second floor units have bedrooms on the third floor and are accessed from external stairs. There are no elevators to the second floor units or upper floor bedrooms. There are 18 residential buildings housing 360 units, eight of which are fully accessible for the disabled, one management/maintenance building and one building used as a community facility and headquarters for BHA's Resident Services Department.

Marina Village

Marina Village is a two-story, row-house family complex located near Seaside Park in Bridgeport's South End. The site is comprised of first and second floor units with private entrances that are accessed from the front courtyard or rear door. There are no elevators. There are 37 buildings in the complex with 389 units on-line, one of which is fully accessible for the disabled.
